So I normally don’t read a lot of suspenseful books, however I’m trying to read out of my comfort zone. This book truly captivated me the entire time! There was so many characters that I had to flip back just to remember who was who, but it contributed to the chaos of the plot. While I could only read this when it was daylight outside, I highly recommend this one!

I feel like maybe I’m missing something? I found this book infuriating and the characters so deeply flawed with no development. The plot line had twists and turns but none that were that out of the blue. If even one character was more self-aware, this book might have been more redeeming to me.

I’m actually surprised at how much I was sucked into this one. The plot line was interesting in a car crash kind of way, and the struggles that Brooke was experiencing made me angry in a way that I had to keep reading. I’m really disappointed with the ending and I felt like the author could have really made a statement here about how much women give up in order for their marriages to work, and how to navigate those conversations. But overall, I really enjoyed this read!

One of the best books I’ve read in a while, and one of the most captivating writing styles so far this year! Truly a must read!

Really entertaining and winding plot line! It really gets graphic and reading about murder always gives me the willies, but I couldn’t help but want to find out what happened. I’m looking forward to reading the next book on this series.

While there are definitely a lot of good points and theories in this book, I found it to be dated and honestly corny in the delivery.

I was in a bit of a book funk, and this novel was just what I needed! The plot pulled me quickly through this book, and the twists and turns were compelling, highly recommended!
