I would describe this as wholesome, contemplative satire about what it means to be happy. Fredrick Backman is a genius in his writing!

Overall, this is a helpful resource. I will say that I was reading Cribsheet with a much more critical eye than most since I am a play and infant mental health therapist. I think there are a few things the author misses at times, but overall she does a great job summarizing research and giving evidence-based parenting suggestions.

Wow, this was great! The author did such a good job giving voices to female survivors. I might come back and give this five stars later.
