I love this world and these characters so much! I have loved getting to know all the characters more deeply over these three books.

I did find this book slower paced than the last book because of the heavy focus on politics/war, but still enjoyed it very much.

Holy moly. The hype is real, and it is accurate. I LOVED this book, especially how the author tied so many pieces together from the first book. DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE ENDING, WOW! Can't wait to start #3!

This book was an emotional heartwrenching rollercoaster and I sit here trying to process everything after finishing. The plot was so good and always kept me on my toes. Definitely gave me darker versions of Hunger Games/Twilight/Beauty and the Beast vibes. Looking forward to continuing the series!

I will definitely be reading this book again in the future! I love Scott's writing style, and the artwork he creates, as well as the readings, were so encouraging and thought provoking. This book felt like a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend to give this book a read at any time during the year, not just Christmas.

A meaningful coming of age story of learning who you are and trying to find a place in this world. I loved the characters and how they developed throughout the story.

It took me a long time to get into this book, but I am so glad I finished it, because the ending was so satisfying.

Points taken off for the slow start, and the fact the characters say literally every swear word other than the F word, and instead say "fugg" and "fugging" almost every other sentence. It's tolerable at first, but until it happens over 150 times.

Mhairi McFarlane has done it again! Really funny (laughed out loud many times), heartfelt, and thoughtful. I loved the characters and their personal growth throughout the story, and the twists throughout the plot surprised me. I loved this book!

I found this story started off slow and took me a while to get into it, which is why I'm only giving it 4.25 Stars instead of 5. It took me about 100 pages to get into the book, but once I did I couldn't put it down and I loved it! Great characters, and fun adventures! I'm very glad I persevered through the slow beginning to enjoy the rest of the story.

Every Canadian should read this book! Wow, I wish I had read it sooner. I learned SO MUCH about a topic I thought I was already pretty educated on. I appreciated how the author layed out and sectioned the information, which made it easy to follow. Please give this book a read!

From start to finish, I absolutely adored this book. I loved the author's writing style (and can't wait to read all of her other books). Hilarious, heartfelt, with loveable characters, and not afraid of exploring difficult topics. A page turner I did not want to end. I literally have nothing negative to say about it. I highly recommend this book and I am devastated that it is over!

Eclipsed: Turns out that Spider-Man does have a dad after all by Dominic Holland

I really enjoyed reading this book. It was so heartfelt, and funny too. I loved getting to read about Tom's journey of becoming Billy Elliot, and behind the scenes of his first movie role (The Impossible) from the perspective of a loving parent.

The only reason I didn't give this full stars, is because there are a few chapters that were very slow paced and probably should have been trimmed down.

Overall, I would recommend giving this book a read! I think you will walk away with a warm feeling, and a new interesting perspective of a family's crazy journey to Hollywood.
