You know what? This one isn’t for me. I tried, it sat on my shelf for a while, and I tried again. I don’t think I’m smart enough or the format wasn’t communicating in the way it needs to. Or maybe that’s the point? I’ll stick to HoL and S…

Did not finish book. Stopped at 26%.

I like the title and cover but quickly realized that this book isn’t for me. I didn’t enjoy the dialogue - conversations with the therapist or the flow of the writing.
