This was a quick and easy read. Cute story. My only complaint is that with every book like this why does one person always full on ignore the other person. It makes me half respect them for having so much will-power but come on who doesn't read a letter that says URGENT? Other than that I liked this little story :)

Cute little wrap up to the first in the series. My only question is did Ari ever finish prepping those dough balls.

WHY COULD NO ONE TELL HER THE SECRET?
I mean it's not even that big of a secret??? I mean my dad has like 5 other kids, that's not "normal," but it sure isn't a huge ass secret. I mean NO ONE could tell her that. The hell? Not saying it's how you win a girl, but had Woods told her he most likely would have earned her trust!
Not sure why everyone loves Rush so much. He is honestly the worst. His first line should have been, "your dad is a douche and he is Nan's real dad too." I mean is 24 not old enough to know that even if Blaire knew the secret that it wasn't her fault that Abe was a doucheLord? How would it in any way be her fault? That would be like saying Nan was at fault for Abe not staying in the first place. I mean maybe he isn't a savvy 24 year old. I mean "numbers" are his thing not common sense lol.
Blaire... Oh Blaire. "I'm not a child." "They don't like my dress or my shoes wahhhhhh." Uhm. Ok you're an adult alright. So one minute she could never be with Rush then she is dying for him because he worked for habitat for humanity. It just doesn't even make sense. And I'm not sure why her outfits couldn't just be described normally. Instead she kept saying "oh I've grown up and now I have curves so my clothes are more snug." Uhm. Maybe that is just writing style but it was annoying. I am not into the whole step brother thing but essentially they didn't have that grow up together relationship, so it wasn't as big of a deal.
I know this isn't a very good review, but I just had to put out there that these characters seem too young for the given age. They also seem to annoy the turd out of me. My favorite character was Woods. I'd read the books dedicated to him but I'm scared it would end up making me hate him too.

I actually really enjoyed this book. It was an easy quick read. I love that it shows that every love you have always feels like the most deep most amazing love while you're in it. I know that isn't the main jist of the book, but it's the biggie for me.
I cried. Yes I cried many times. It was like a good cry though.
The HEA or maybe just the ever after? is nice because it was tragic and not the usual ride off into the sunset with an engagement/wedding.

It was an easy read. I feel like there was a lot of filler. I loved the first book and the two love stories a bit more. I should love becca and Jason's story because I'm with my high school sweet heart but maybe that's why it didn't intrigue me as much lol. My heart also didn't break as much as it did in the first book. Still a great read!
