Ava is a young interior designer who falls for a client, unfortunately he is a control freak and is quite demanding. He has never been like this with any other woman, is supposedly quite laid back but he can't help himself with Ava, Jesse tells her when she's not allowed to wear certain length dresses and the like. Although not as controlling as Christian Grey was in the bedroom he certainly makes her see things his way by manipulating her mind and making her agree to things she might not have done to any other man. He also thinks that telling her his true age is not required and thinks it's a great game to not tell her.
I don't know if I like Jesse as a person, and what with his 'hotel' and Sarah, he just doesn't tell the truth very often. Although the truth comes out at the end of this book, looking forward to reading the second book.

If you've read the first, it's well worth reading this one. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole series.
