I was listening to it and never finished. What kind of annoyed me about the first one really annoyed me about this. The gasping, the wondering if she could do what she was just told to do, the constant (CONSTANT) wondering to herself. Maybe I would have read her differently off the page. I rarely quit a book, but I felt like I was being tortured.
