The plot is very interesting although a tad tangled, but is cold and dark, and the shadows feel like a character itself, I did not spected to like it this much, but boy I did.

Arguably, the best vampire story I've ever read. As Stephen King as it can get. You can feel the tension on the characters and situations as if you were living it with them. It's something to experience for any horror fan!

The subjects in this book are heavy and important. Kings view and take, and the way he portraits them in his stories, are always blunt, raw, and is sometimes difficult to read. TW, animal cruelty, in the 2nd story. Is still a very good book.
