I’m so grateful for this book. It’s phrased in a way which is empathetic of all sides involved, but is no nonsense when I comes to protecting people from abuse. Having each chapter challenge the reader to grow while also giving the reader tools, advice, and perspectives was so healing and helpful. It was so great knowing questions I can ask myself in the future to ensure that I can break my own families trauma and cycle for my future children and relatives.
