 I consider myself as a slow reader mostly because I want to enjoy every single detail. Especially for Jane austen books. I will always recommend Jane austen mostly because it's one of the classics. But also as compared to all other classical authors, I personally think that her style of reading is still easier to understand and visualize.  Persuasion was a long time to be read and I finally had the chance to read it. I was pleasantly suprised by the different characters Jane Austen used in this book in comparison with her other works.  My biggest mistake was to compare the works in the first place. When each of her books are a masterpiece of their own.  I consider myself as a slow reader mostly because I want to enjoy every single detail. Especially for Jane austen books. I will always recommend Jane austen mostly because it's one of the classics. But also as compared to all other classical authors, I personally think that her style of reading is still easier to understand and visualize.  Persuasion was a long time to be read and I finally had the chance to read it.
