can be a fun fast paced shorter read if you can suspend your disbelief.  
for me this had a pretty predictable chain of events and i don’t know if i’ll continue on in the series.

 the romance was really cute/compelling and what made this mostly enjoyable for me.  
i wasn’t aware of the tropes that appear going into this book and some of them were really just not for me but you know who is for me … noah riley ….

super cliche and you can definitely tell when it was written. it also further fuels my hate for rushed endings with time jumps and unnecessary epilogues. 
mostly i read this because i was in the mood for something like it. if anything it is very readable.
