A lot of the book is weird for the sake of being weird, and so that it can flex that it's hard to understand. It flexed on me hard, but at the end of the day I can just make up my own meaning, and therefore, with what i got from this book,  it's pretty ok

Out of all the tropes, found family is THE ONE.
This is a story full of heart, which made me like all of the MCs (and there are many) despite their flaws. Even though there are a lot of characters and perspectives to follow, each one feels complete and meaningful.

I fear this is what I sound like when I try to retell a dream to someone. Just as the character got lost in the forest, the reader gets lost in the narrative.
