The poems were very hit and miss for me. Some did nothing for me and kind of went over my head however some of them were incredible and I loved them so much!

Couldn’t understand the original so had to read an abridged version which was almost too easy to read.
Second read:
3*** - interesting story but very difficult language used
Third read:
3.5*** - still can’t quite bring myself to give this book a 4 but i definitely enjoyed it more than last time

It’s hard to sum up in words just how incredible this book is without doing it an injustice. I have never known a book to be so intricately written with so much detail that you become so invested in the characters lives and the story without it being dull and overly descriptive. I loved it from start to finish and soaked up every sentence!
