This Chair Rocks: A Manifesto Against Ageism by Ashton Applewhite
Did not finish book. Stopped at 10%.

While I agree with the overall premise of the book-- getting old rocks! older adults are vital parts of our community-- this book is a pre-2016 and pre-covid time capsule that did not age... well, "successfully."
