Living with Mochi by Gené Gemma

Living with Mochi is such a cute book! It was such a gullible and fun read and I just wanted to read more and more about it. This is not a book with a story but it is a book full of life with a wonderful and fun dog. (I want one like Mochi IRL!) It was so much fun to see everything that Mochi loved and did not as well!

The illustrations are beautiful. And Mochi's Mami (mother) is such a fun character as well.

We need more books like this in our life, to enlighten us!

It was a deadly horrific book! (In a horror good way). the creepiest elements went under my skin and tinged my heart. Heh. I read it at midnight sometimes and no no don't do that.

Skate the Thief by Jeff Ayers

*No Spoilers*

A beautiful heart-touching fairy tale like storyline. One like me will totally love reading this in one sitting.
Skate, a nine year old thief, affiliated with the gangs of Ink. A witty and intelligent house breaker of Caribol, working to get herself some shelter and food. Never to get caught at all, but, when she breaks in the house of Mr. Belamy, he actually catches her.
The good old Belamy appears to be kind and actually lets her stay in her house if she steal books for her, but she has to take care to only pick the ones up which he already does not own.

Will Skate be able to find enough of books to get food and sleep?
Will The Ink let her work for them as well?

The author has done a very good job detailing very little things written across the book. The feelings, characters, how they see what they see, surrounding, everything is very well developed. A lot of work is seen throughout the text.

Give it a try, you will not regret it!

I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Secret Legacy by Carissa Andrews

5.0

Secret Legacy follows a very basic plot, but, the way the whole storyline is presented and description of the characters as well as of the scenes makes it stand out in the category of Fantasy. It is all about magic, love, friendship, and mysteries. A fan of all these will definitely love the book.

Autumn is a twenty-year-old normal girl whose life twists right away receiving an approval letter with a scholarship from the Windhaven University, a place for supernatural to enhance and grow their powers. While living with his dad situated in Windhaven, she experiences ghostly images and aroma around her and there is someone out there kidnapping supernatural kids. Will Autumn be able to find out the mystery behind the disappearing kids?

While the book stands out as a five star for me, a star drops down as instant love reveals up. Not that I did not like it, but I am not a very big fan of instant love. There could have been more chemistry between Wade and Autumn!

Overall! This book is definitely piling up on my favorite list and I recommend it to every Fantasy/New Adult lover.

Thank you so much Netgalley for giving me the ARC.
The Lost Prince by Alonna Williams

The Lost Prince is one of its kind. The storyline is not that extra-ordinary but the way Alonna Williams represents the whole story makes it a beautiful piece of work. I literally laughed, cried, and felt every mood the author tried to mention during the whole plot.

The throne of Odsia is heirless, the king and the queen's son and his wife had been killed with the baby boy they had. Yet, King Dorian thinks that his grandson is alive and must be found out soon. Tristan had been living on the streets for eighteen years with his friends, mugging, and begging for food. His life takes a turn when the royal guards take him to the king realizing he is the lost prince. But, he is not ready for life as a royal and wishes to run away from the palace.

WIll the throne of Odsia remain vacant? You really need to find out by reading the beautiful work!
There are no parts of the book I did not enjoy! Kudos to the author for an amazing story.
