Interview way of telling the story took a few pages to get used to. Once I did that, absolutely loved it.

I loved the book except for one reveal at the end. A very interesting premise and I loved the Old Hollywood vibes.

I love books with one-off premises such as this. Super cute and fun read that won't take a ton of time.

A cute winter break-read. I loved having it as a light-hearted, fun book in between my darker mysteries. I would gladly read more of this authors work in the future.

It is absolutely heartbreaking what Jeanette went through. She writes about it with such poise and reflection. She is such a talented writer and I'm glad she seems to be doing better.

I didn't like the author's writing style, and I wasn't able to get used to it. Some of the research didn't seem very in-depth, or it didn't seem very solid. Personally, I also didn't like how he discussed some of the victims.

Absolutely loved this book. It gives so much information on a thing so many people love.

Do not readon an empty stomach though! It will make you crave Cincinnati-style chili lol.

Very slow paced. Lots of tangents that didn't really seem to make sense. A lot of jumping around chronologically, especially when starting a new chapter. An interesting writing style I just wasn't able to adjust to.

In the end, just not for me. But I do know people who would love it.
