this book was so so good. I cried sad and happy tears. Giggled and cussed. So many reactions, so many emotions. Thank you, Ian, for sending me this ARC of Mercy; I ordered the physical and can’t wait to read it again
The Pucking Wrong Number by C.R. Jane
3.75
This was so good at first! I read this with two of my friends and we had so much great commentary throughout the book, until we.. didn’t. Both conflict resolutions were rushed all of a sudden. The build up was absolutely immaculate, had us starting and finishing in the same day. But then there was the climax and it was practically a fade to black. There could’ve been so much more!!! The ending really took my rating to 5 star to a 3 at best and I’m so sad. The segue into the next book for Ari was also terrible and doesn’t even make me interested to read it.
Overall it was a very good storyline. Not as dark as I thought. The conflict resolutions just really need more detail. A few more chapters.
A very promising author with amazing writing skills. I read this in e-book format and had no problems.

Mates: Posy by Mary Ann Weir
4.0
I enjoyed this book a lot! There were a lot of characters though and at about 30%, I needed to go back and take notes to remember who was mated to who, who ran what pack, who called Posy what nickname and who’s wolf was who. I’m gonna see if I can create a character page soon.
Other than that, this is the first clean romance I’ve read in a long time and the plot was so good that I didn’t even care. Love it!

This novella was the cutest! It was a nice break from the drama of the duets. Full of love and banter and such happy endings. As always, Ames did an amazing job
