my fav part is when death accidentally talks in quotation marks even tho he only speaks in bold, loved how funny this book was and “there is no justice. there is just you” may be my favorite quote in the entire series

this book is definitely for the girlies that want the nice guy to win in love triangles aka not me. i think this was a well written book and so much fun, i just wish the author would’ve given the angst she gave to jo and ezra to jo and mal as well. i enjoyed mal but the romance between jo and mal was very lackluster meanwhile ezra and jo had sooo much angst, so tea! some of the best parts in the book was their scenes. i wish the author would’ve given mal that as well.

this was really fun, i enjoyed the bromance and how simple this is. i was reading a bunch of other fantasy books so it was really relaxing that i could just sit down and read these two getting themselves out of messes while not having to worry about too much to keep up with.
