I'm late to the game in reading this series, but I was so enthralled by this story that I missed subway stops more than once while I was reading. Part of that is because I haven't read a fiction/thriller/mystery novel in quite some time but most of it is because it's just an intriguing story.

I don't particularly like Brown's writing. he's very Reader's Digest a lot of the times. however, he can tell a hell of a story and the religious\historical aspects of his novels do fascinate me. overall, a good in between-the-heavier-topics book.
