This is a great motivational book, but it also has a ton of really practical steps and activities that you can take part in if you follow its guidance.

As a nutritionist, I wouldn’t recommend solely sticking to the nutrition advice in this book. It might lead to some disordered eating, but otherwise everything is really solid.

I really like Zig Ziglar’s teachings, the way that he talks about things, and his inspirational nature. This is a great book on goalsetting with fantastic stories that you will remember until the day you die. But it’s dated, and definitely has some old school, deep south, backwards, ways of looking at issues in the world today.

it’s a great book that will help dispel a lot of the notions about the impoverished, starving artist. That’s a lifestyle choice, not the way it has to be. But you have to know how to do things the right way.

Modern marketing necessitates that you read this book as soon as possible. If you are trying to start anything, whether that’s a business, a movement, or a club, this is a must-read. I only wish it had more practical application ideas in it.
