Original and well-written story! The two parts have a different tone and pace. Some stories & characters in the second part were unnecessary in my opinion. However the plot is captivating.

This guide is suitable for newbies to taichi / yoga, meditation and Ayurveda, which wasn’t the case for me. I personally haven’t learned much new. If you are starting your wellbeing journey, this book is for you. If you aren’t, skip it!

Well-written, but the plot and the characters feel superficial to me. Also, you need a good understanding of the American culture to resonate with some of the references.

A very jolly read for the holidays. It felt like a Hallmark movie, very predictable and light! No depth or substance, but entertaining if you enjoy the Christmas spirit.

A must-read resource to become a better parent, family member, teacher, worker, space holder… a better human being!
The concepts are simple and clearly explained, but they do require some deconditioning, inner work and real-life practice.
Non-violent communication deserves a place in our educational programs. It would spare our society many challenges!
I wish I had discovered this book earlier and I will definitely enroll in a NVC workshop to learn how to practice it!
