I’m in the fattest reading slump and this book just wasn’t helping. I couldn’t bring myself to care and I wasn’t connecting with the writing. I might pick this book back up in the future but the chances are low…

I know I said I wouldn’t read her books anymore but this was a BR. I liked the characters and the romance but everything else was so “meh” when it was on the page… I started skimming the end; however, I will def continue the series so Ana can get her coin but I don’t think her books will go higher than a 4 stars for me anymore…

I watched the show years ago and I’ve been intrigued with reading the books, but I’m so happy I got my hands on the audiobook! It was immersive and well done and I could picture every scene in the show perfectly (which is a talented skill, especially since it’s been like 5 years since I watched it). I really enjoyed this and I hope to continue it in the future

This was a super quick and fun read! It had its moments of intense cringe and cheese but I’m happy I pushed through because I enjoyed my time

I got TOO far into this book. I think we collectively as a society need to stop the whole “her tits 😍😛😩🤭” spiel when the guy first meets her … I think I’m officially in a reading slump because of that so thanks Elsie Silver (no hate but this series is not for me)

It’s the way that I’m so busy that the thought of reading this book brought me an immense amount of unnecessary anxiety… so I scrapped everything that had to do with this book for my video 😄

This is the best audiobook I’ve ever listened to (I listened to the Andrew Garfield + Cynthia Erivo version but I’m not going to look for that specific edition) It’s immersive because of all the SFX and the different casting and as a girly who gets distracted VERY easily, when I was zoning out my brain would snap back after 1 second because I was so intrigued by the story. This could’ve been a 5 star but I wish I was watching this instead of listening to it because I felt like I missed out of some parts that would’ve been SUCH GOOD FILM!!! Go listen to it rn!

P.S. I might go read the physical book now

So who was going to tell me I would LOVE Ali Hazelwood’s books (granted this is my first but whatever) this was reminiscent on 2000s romcoms and my wattpad/episode days! This isn’t a 5 star because (spoiler territory-ish):

HE SAID I LOVE YOU TOO EARLY (which cringed me out but life’s too short to care that much… it’s fiction) BUT THEN SHE DIDNT SAY IT BACK (which I’ve always wanted to see in a book, but now that I have… I cannot handle that I need both characters to say those words)

SPOILER TERRITORY ISH OVER!!!!
I ate this book up and I need to read more Ali Hazelwood books!!
