The writer captivates you with each story at the beginning.. You get into it and in the end... Nothing.. Just open endings with many questions left unanswered.

Great book! Apparently it was written to show how dictatorship works, but this is just how every government works, it is a very easy way to see it through this book, no matter how old it is.

Great writing, detailed to the point you start believing it. Accurate to the past the present and probably the future. Sad and real ending.

Good reading, not many things happen like in a normal detective story where they keep you glued to it, but well enough written to be entertaining. A bit realistic in terms of ending, so not such a happy ending after all.

It was interesting, but hard to understand what he meant sometimes, it was hard to connect to his thoughts about past lives and religion specially not being religious myself. For someone that is religious, I believe reading the book would give them a different experience. All I can say is that it was interesting and left me wondering if it is possible to connect wth your previous lives.

It is raw in ideas of sex and drugs. The emotional connection is not like we dream of or at we are used to in other books, it is a separate category. It is painful and dissapointing to think that this is how it really is in the life of a college student and it leaves you wanting for closure but you know you will not get it.

Some things are plausible others are only feasible in the USA and others are plain impossible.

absolutely hilarious... and accurate

It is a very scientific book indeed, meant for science and climatology students. As an avid reader it gets monotone and hard to understand at times, but it is filled with examples and explanations laid out in layman's terms so it is easier to understand. All in all it is a book worth reading if you want to understand what is happening in the world and the difference between the disinformation and misinformation that is out there regarding climate change.

Nothing compared to 1984 or animal farm, a completely different story, told in a completely different way. I guess I got used to his political stories. This as not a bad story but not a very good one either. I see the point of the main character telling you how life can change and how it affected him and how it really didn't as it should, but apart from that there is not much more into this story, sort of redundant and without a climax or a real ending for all that matters.
