I was living for the banter in this one. If you're are looking for true enemies to lovers that are constantly going at each other's throats... you've got it here. I would say my only 'downfall' for the book is that the MMC does use a lot of not very nice words when bantering the FMC, but she's sassy and throws some back his way so it didn't deter me to the extent it did some other readers. Besides those few choice words, I ate this book up. It was spicy, it was angsty, it was full of passion toying the line of love and hate, and when we got to see the softer side of the MMC halfway through the book I melted! The audiobook is in duel narration, and it was so good. We all love an accent right?

I enjoyed this read for the most part. I love forbidden age gaps, and I started out absolutely obsessed with this one! It's honestly probably the least sad Jennifer book I've read to date, and I was surprised for once I didn't cry (although there is still some sensitive content so check your trigger warnings.) I will say there was a point maybe 50-70% in that felt a little repetitive internal monologue and dialogue wise as far as the FMC and MMC goes. I love a good push and pull tension, but this specific part made it drag just a smidge because of that receptiveness. Now set that aside, and I got Birthday Girl vibes, and I was here for it. This is an incredibly slow burn, but the tension and angst were everything. The forbidden felt like that hopeless kind of forbidden, which I ate up. Also, you've got 90's setting and a FMC that has been through some stuff that makes her feel... well older than her actual age. I loved the majority of this read, and I thought the narration (duel) was great!

I love these narrators to the moon and back, so I of course ate this audiobook up. The spice as great, and it was a great pallet cleanser between dark romances.

I am obsessed with the plot of this story. I'm not even sure if I'm that invested in the romance, but I was hanging on to every word. There's enough suspense and action that I could not put it down. I binged the audiobook in a day. This is the first series I've wanted to binge in a hot minute, and I can't wait to continue. A few warnings: This book does take place in high school and there is some high school drama and the romance at times felt very 'young' as well. Secondly there's a lot of flashbacks, which doesn't bother me, but I know some people hate flashbacks. I personally loved it even though it was a slow burn. Not at all the same storyline at all, but I felt similarly about The Mind F*ck series.

If you are here for the smut, you are in the right place. This is an MMMF romance it's main 'plot' point is these men and woman navigating the difficulties of a polyamorous relationship and how the dynamic would best suit them. It was mainly smut otherwise, but it was top tier smut! I had a great time with this audiobook. It had me blushing from head to toe!

I was worried with how much I loved the Lords that the Dukes wouldn't hold up, but boy do they hold their own. I binged this audiobook in a day and half because I could not get enough of these boys. Combine that with a fierce FMC, and you've brewed a perfect concoction for me. I also loved romantic suspense, and I know we are going to finding out some real juicy tea when it comes to Lavinia and the boys. I can't wait to dive into book 2. Also, the FMC has blue hair so you know... naturally she must be cool;)

I absolutely love the way Giana Darling writes. I love the way this man is so supportive of her in a way that feels freeing and empowering. He worships the ground she walks on and gives her the confidence to love. I was so ecstatic to see their happily ever after.
