I loved the audiobook and I wish I had a physical copy of the book to follow along with as I went through so I could better/more easily refer to the challenges and take time to complete them, talk about them with family, friends and peers and to take notes. 

Now I am going to but the physical copy for myself. I also see myself buying this for friends/peers as gifts this year.
