The imagery had me feeling like bella swan post vampire senses. I loved that yet didn’t find myself as invested in Circe’s story than I had hoped to be… Many of her experiences, I enjoyed being immersed in. I highlighted many lines that resonated with me. Other narratives from Circe impacted me more so after I finished the book and thought back upon them. Looking forward to re-reading it later and finding connections in different places :)

I picked this up again after starting it months ago. Once I got past the 5 stages of grief from reading about a character who I so did not want to relate to, I couldn't put the book down.

The ending is an absolute MESS and I want to kiss juno dawson on the brain for it. I can’t imagine my life without these characters anymore

The ENORMOUS plot twists and secrets revealed made up entirely for all the times I had to go back & reread for clarity. <3
