I was given an ARC of The Audient and the Phantom night by Sadie Hewitt and I am obsessed. This book was engaging from start to finish and I didn’t want to put it down!
Our FMC Fenna is an absolute riot. She just dives right into everything with absolute sass and doesn’t look back. Devlin is the perfect morally grey, grumpy pirate MMC and he is absolutely smitten with her. I had to laugh at how many times he was gaping at something ridiculous she had done.
This book is a standalone but is still action packed and has good character development. If you’re in a book hangover or don’t want to commit to starting a new series, this book is a fantastic option!
