The writing has definitely improved between book one and two. It’s a good story, but could use more work. It’s not always clear whats happening, or why, but you can see that the author has grown since the series started!

The story is there, and it has an interesting preface. But there were alot of times I had no idea how we got from point A to point B.
The writing could use more detail, but the plot’s good.
