the whole book had me intrigued enough to continue but it took me an ungodly amount of time. then the last 50 pages or so happened and i FLEW through my god. i don’t know how the author managed to make me care for fitz, verity, and burrich so deeply in such a short amount of time but man she DID!! can’t wait to read more <3
