A story of four men being forced to settle an age old score from their past.
Great character development, mixed in with brutal violence and shocking imagery.

Black Bolt Vol.1
Not having much history with Black Bolt, this story of him being stripped of his powers and jailed, humanises him.
The art is an interesting style, but I think works for the surreal story that is told.

Dr. Doom has taken up the mantle of Iron Man, to try and correct his past deeds. But no one believes it, least of all Ben Grimm
Story is intriguing and keeps you guessing.
I think the art is serviceable, but not my style.

This is a raw recounting of his service as a Huey pilot during the Vietnam War.
The book shows the skill & bravery the pilots showed in this new style of warfare.
He also doesn't hide the impact the brutality had on his psyche.

I have mixed feelings when it comes to this.
The first half is a gripping crime thriller, but then changes to an X-Files esque mystery.
I found the climax to the book unsatisfying, but the journey that gets there gripping.

This one is a slow burn, the "action" doesn't happen until well into the second half.
All the characters felt like real people with real motivations.
I found some of Louis' internal dialogue wearing thin.
