Kisssed by a cowboy is a book about a girl names Cassidy Starr who grew up with the fear of repeating her parents story, getting divorced. Cassidy had feelings for this 6 years older guy who lived next door unfortunately a kiss when they were young ruined their future making Jarrod the next door cowboy run off out of state to study and Cassidy ended up married with some random guy she didn´t really knew if she loved him. Mistake she made ended up with her getting divorced and back to the town where all started with the same cowboy living next door. But this time Cassidy was sure things were not going to be the same.
This book is actually the final book in a trilogy, however I read it without knowing such thing and I wasn´t lost at all. I really don´t like series where each book is a different story, I just don´t find the reason why they should be called a trilogy or series if their story isn´t continous so if you are like me you can safely read it as a stand alone. Keep in mind this book is told from Cassidy and Jarrod´s POV so if you like those type of books this one is for you as well, it is not long at all and is really easy to read and go through.
