Redeeming Logan by Loralai Blake

Let me start by saying, I am a huge fan of “Finding Vanessa”, I mean Huge fan. I absolutely hated Dr. Logan, so the wait for this has been excruciating. Now, I had a small conversation with Ms. Blake a while ago and this topic of hate was discussed, to which she said “Oh wait for Logan’s redemption in his own book”, to which I said “Hell no, I will not like that man”. Well, hell. This book had me from the jump. Do I like him now? Yes, Kinda still hate the man but it’s more of a love hate thing. I loved this storyline for him and the characters, of course they win also. I am so extremely happy to have read this book. Ms. Loralai Blake did not disappoint me at all and this 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ has my heart and a spot on the trophy shelf! 

Yeti Christmas: A Cozy Erotic Yeti Standalone (Jennifer's Monsters) by Makayla Wheland

This has to be my favorite monster story of the year. I was laughing, just because, I mean its a Yeti, so reading this was making me giggle often. Now this book does have smexy, fresh love, past trauma as well, but I still had to giggle some. Obviously not your typical monster book but Daymn did Makayla Wheland make this work. I loved Ms. Harper and her sweet, completely inexperienced, in more ways than one, Yeti. The story was fabulous, the pair of unconventional characters were phenomenal and I might just have to read this 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ book next year during the holiday season.

 If you are going to read this, you must read book one first. Delcan and Quinn are a long time coming. They had a thing back a few and now that thing is just getting/gotten/is again. This history is something of a second chance for the Gods.  This story and characters were just as emotional, traumatic, fiery, funny and loving as before with so much more. This is a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ read here and again J.L Quick did not disappoint. 

Lover's Lament: Descent Into Darkness by Nyx Graves

This book did not disappoint me one bit. I have been so excited to read a Nyx Graves book and I am so glad I picked this one to start my obsession. For sure a 10/10 for that playlist and Slip Knot had me!. I am absolutely in love with these characters, Evelyn and Dante are the perfect pair for this story. Dante has me, Like omg he has me so sucked in. It started right away with that Prologue, I was stuck from that point on, wtf is going to happen to make this complete and find out what exactly happens after confession. Of course these two characters make a great team, they have been through some sh!t/trauma for sure, sad really. The book had me in many different emotions while also thinking “ok, I get this”. The Epilogue has me now looking at pray beads in an entirely new light, but a good one. The storyline was great, the characters were phenomenal and the smex was oh so smexing. Thank you Nyx Graves for giving me a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ read that has me wanting more, so much more like right now! 

Slideways Sins by Emily Klepp

Well sports themed romance really isn't my thing but as always Emily Klepp drew me into this one. I think it was the characters that did it for me. Maybe even because all I could vision was the HAWT Danica Partrick (real life female race car driver), yeah that was it. Just visioning our FMC Cassandra in Danika’s shoes or well, Vice Versa🫦. So then the 4 MMCs, okay, this is a sports romance I can read again. Side note: I used to go to drag racing back in my twenties to watch my boyfriend race his 55 Chevy, yeah that was sexy! Yes to this light on spice but great smex scenes Novella. The storyline was great, the characters were Phenomenal, and Emily Klepp gave me a 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ read again.

I was so excited to read this little novella right here. I have read book one and was absolutely obsessed. Please make sure you read the “Note to Readers”. The playlist was spot on for me and that second dedication was perfect. This book did not disappoint at all but for I would say read the first because, well ya just should. The storyline was amazing and the characters were so great. I loved myself some Black, but then again I love me some pitch black romance myself and the name just hit right. Neyha gave me a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ with this one and I can't wait for more from her in the hopefully near future! 

Naughty and Spice: A Dark Contemporary Romance Holiday Anthology by Sahara Roberts, Cassia Quinn

This is an anthology book of short stories written by 15 authors. I had the pleasure of reading for Molly Briar, however; I did read it all and I liked it very much. Each a different winter vibe story with different aspects to enjoy.

Iron Bride: by Molly Briar was a pleasant short story of family feuds, secrets, betrayal, and arranged marriage. Gia and Cillian come from different families. They are arranged so early in life as was expected. The push and pull was great to read with these two. Will there be love in the end? “Most girls are made of sugar and spice. But not you. You're made of Ice” I loved the story and the characters. Molly Briar wrote an amazing short story and I will be reading this again in the future, it was indeed a quick read. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐’s for Iron Bride and 5 stars for the rest of this anthology. 

Body Tox by S.K. Pryntz

Everything about this book screams “READ YOUR TRIGS FIRST” and I loved every single minute of it. I never once took my eyes off the pages. I shut down the world around me just to absorb every word in this very disturbing yet delightful book. Eco and Asher are amazing characters and their story is really well written out for us. The storyline is phenomenal, with all the trauma, torment, rage, secrets, twists and turns. This book will forever go down in history in my mind and spot on the trophy shelf for sure. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐’s are not enough for this piece of art and SK Pryntz is definitely a hard core writer I will follow until she stops writing! 

Headless Hollow by Brooklyn Cross

Never got onto the pumpkin spice latte train, however; I am on the Brooklyn Cross train and I am not jumping off any time soon. OMFG, I am in love with this season because you can always count on some great books to come out and this one did not disappoint. This storyline was so good, a coroner (that's a bonus) and a detective (definitely grows on you). The smexy scenes are WOW and even more WOW at the end. Now that ending, that ending, again OMFG. The twists make you crazy. Everything about this book screams amazeball. Ms. Cross is my spirit author who continues to draw me in and this 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ is no exception. I will be reading this again before the end of the year because, well why not, it is that good. As for that pumpkin spice  I mentioned before, yeah, its still going to be a Hell No for me.

From the beginning of this book, I was drawn in. This is FIRE and I mean HAWT. The story is phenomenal and the characters are amazeballs. One thing is for sure, it did not disappoint. I could not put it down, with so many emotions going on, I just could not stop. I will be recommending this to all my dark taboo reader friends. Ms. Steele, thank you for writing this fabulous 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ read.
