Enjoyed this one so much.
Ate ate ate... That's the review.

My name is Amber Reynolds. There are three things you should know about me:
1. I’m in a coma.
2. My husband doesn’t love me anymore.
3. Sometimes I lie

I really wanted to like this book but the outrageous plots & twists made it so hard.

The plot twists didn't make any  sense neither were they shocking.

Overall, Its not a terrible book but my interest dwindled with each plotwist reveal.

I gasped, I didn't expect the plot twist at the end.

About a reporter who is going to investigate a cult. She abandons her lovely family and her good life and goes with them.

Such a sad read. Cult leaves such a bad taste. I'm so glad the author picked this topic &  she covered it so well.

Highly recommend.

"And when I really let go, I imagine that you let me take care of you, too"

This is a fair review because there are parts of this book I enjoyed.

Elsie being a doormat was the most annoying thing & the silent treatment, Really...????

Imagine this: A Female Character who thinks her life is in danger, she gets so many opportunities to escape but she doesn't.

Parts of this book were annoying  & the amount of gaslighting 😭😭😭 but did I read it in a day? Absolutely yes!

My Fault

What if you thought you murdered
your best friend?
And if everyone else thought so too?
And what if the truth doesn't matter?

She got me there.
A murder mystery, Lots of banter.
Had me at the edge of my seat.

Fast-paced read. True to Freida McFadden writing style.

This book has such a  complex theme at some point I could not stomach it. Overall it's an ok book.
