Phew! That ending got me like 👀😅🤪👏🏽🥴😬 I just can’t with the twist at the and, like how you gon’ leave me high and dry like this?! That said, just like the 1st this world is everything. Everything is so well thought out and I really enjoyed learning more of the complete history this time around. I love it here and I’ll be back for book 3! 🤎

This book truly had me scared and it wasn’t because of the ghosts… iykyk. The story’s dual pov and imagery had me thinking about those characters even when I wasn’t reading. It was heartbreaking, shocking, anger-inducing, and such a needed story. Definitely a 5 star read and one I recommend everyone read!
