I had this book recommended to me by numerous people. I could only get through 2 chapters before I had to put it down. Perhaps I just wasn't in the right frame of mind when I attempted this read. I will consider revisiting it in the future. Something was just off for me.

I really hope and pray this book is made into a movie some day. I ran the gamut of emotions while reading this novel. Mr. Black writes beautifully and vividly. Please don't miss this book. This is one few fiction books I've ever said I will read twice.
