Kind of slow beginning, but in all a great mystery book. It kept me guessing, it had twists and turns. To be honest, the result of the mystery is kind of both anticlimactic and confusing. Like I said over all good book, so so climax, happy ending.

Very much of a slow burn with really unlikable characters. The author has an amazing writing style and she does having amazing plot twists and multiple of them that’s why it’s four stars. Slow burns aren’t bad just not my thing all the time. The main thing I couldn’t get over was my dislike for the main character.
I did like that the entire book was different letters, I loved the plot twists, and that all past questions were answered. I didn’t care for the ending just because it left new questions.
All in all not a terrible book but I would suggest Death of Mrs. Westaway more. I will try out some of her other books as well!

As always the plot twists from this other are always amazing, the character build up is nice. I think I’ve just realized I’m not a slow burn type of girl.

Soooo many twists and turns! Kind of long but not too bad and there aren’t too many dull moments. If it wasn’t plot or character building majority of the time it was a twist. And for whoever’s read it, I don’t like Liz
