I really liked the range in this, but with range comes a sense of unevenness that is hard to get around.

A rare half star rating for me. This had all the pieces of something I should have loved. But what a slog. I know the selling point of this is the wild cast of supporting characters, and that is something I wanted to be excited by. But every time the lens shifted away from the three girls, I found myself skimming those chapters.
I barely know what happened in the end bc I just skimmed and read the dialog to be done with it. The writing is good, the characters are fun in a caustic way that I usually love, but the pacing is abysmal.
