Overall, the story was interesting enough but I wasn't a huge fan of the character development. Not sure if it's just a disinterest in the process of film making or the writing style but for me the book was dull until the last 60-70 pages with only a few interesting chunks keeping me interested enough to reach those last pages. I found myself not caring much about many of the characters and felt like the interactions between them where a bit contrived. Unless you are an actor, director, or someone else in the realm of making/producing movies, I wouldn't recommend this one.

The events or history in the book was a bit hard for me to follow but it was short and the ending shocked me so that made up for it! Spice level on this one is high!

Compared to the first book, this one was pure gold! I was almost instantly drawn in by the characters and relationships and felt it difficult to put down until I knew what would befall all of the incredibly interesting and loveable characters. Don't let the first book steer you away from this gem!
