It was fine, but i felt the plot became too convoluted for me and there were many unnecessary plotlines.

Not as captivating as the first book but i still enjoyed it so much. I loved the pacing and i was entertained all the way.
I also like Jameson a lot, so there's that.

I enjoyed this a lot. It felt like a k-drama mystery show and it kept me reading through the night just so i can see how the mystery will unfold. Definitely recommend.

2.5 - maybe i wasn't in the right head space but the book felt very underwhelming in the middle parts. I did enjoy the beginning and some aspects but i'm quite skeptical about continuing the series.
