The Princess and The Devil was the dark romance I was looking for. It has they mystery aspect that had, and still has me wondering what is going on! I literally can't wait to pick up book two.

We have a sheltered mob bosses daughter. She gets little information from those around her and is constantly kept in the dark. Her life is lonely and heartbreaking. The forbidden, star crossed lovers aspect of the book was also fun. The cliff hanger has me reeling and I think Naya V. is fantastic at giving us just enough so we are kept wondering and unable to put the book down. If I'm not mistaken this is a debut novel, and it's wonderful!

I will say that some of the vocabulary used was really repetitive. The amount of time "percolate" was used in this book was a bit off putting, but nothing that I couldn't handle. I also felt like the internal dialogue of the characters could be repetitive at times as well.

This book was HEARTBREAKING! Was a heart wrenching conclusion to an epic romance and epic series. Josie really knows how to give her readers heart palpitations.

Endless really wraps up all the unanswered questions from both eh original trilogy and the three new books that came out after.

This book focuses on grief and forgiveness. I think we see some absolutely gorgeous character development in this book.

When annotating this book, I tabbed for ‘love’. I found that most of the love aspect was more, caring and sweet moments between all the characters. I loved how much relationship building we also all got from this book. Follow friends, couples, and a family, so I think this aspect of the book was really important and I’m so happy that Josie gave us what she did.

I really wish we got more of Lucas, his thoughts, feelings, and internal struggles. For the conclusion of the serious it would have been nice to get more from him than just Helen. Helen is the main character, but Helen and Lucas really do come as a pair.

This book broke my heart and then put it back together again and I’m still processing.
