Nkita may be one of my favorite Tess characters, and Emyri is such an interesting character too! This short novel is a relatively fast read but so much happens you won’t want to put it down! I can’t wait to see what happens next in Rivers for Storms!

The perfect ending to an achingly sweet and twisted romance story! I couldn’t put it down! Lora Darc has tied everything together beautifully in this thrilling, intense and captivating second part of her Unmasked Duet. Beautiful Prey was among my very top favorite reads of 2024 and Haunted Prey is definitely holding a strong case for being right there for 2025! I can’t wait to see more of what Lora has to offer! Maybe we’ll even get to see more from some of the side characters! Or maybe not but a girl can hope!

OMG. This story! It has the mystery, the danger, the darkness and the spice all needed to make a dark romance truly immaculate! I can’t get enough and I need part two, like NOW! PLEASE! 😍

This book took me way longer to finish than I’d wanted, but every time I picked it back up it was like it was never set down. Christian and Stella are both certain that the other isn’t interested but neither wants to look away. This slow burn was definitely slow but it was STEAMY.
