This is one of those books that you know it has to have a sequel.

I downloaded it because the story seems interesting. But it lacks something.

And gahd, do I hate weak protagonists.

Yes, it did had more story than the 1st book, but it didn't affect me that much. Because I read the 4th book first.

Drats.

But I like Marcus' characters. He's got to be the most gentle of them all. Hahaha!

Well, I guess it's not really "cheating" when you're with the one you love.

I liked the bits of irony about Ashton's pastor dad. The classic notion that "good girl" ought to stay with the "good guys". I think I need to search up on Christian novels. Hmm

Bitin!! Only because I should have noted that book 2 will only be published Fall this year. (I have to research Fall season pa.)

Arghhh. I have to know what happens!

Note: Better to read Too Far series before this one. : )

Too many characters.

It's like how people describe Dan Brown's Angels and Demon and Da Vinci Code. Whatever it is you read first, you'll get bored with the other.

Another too good to be true. I don't know why I keep falling for these books. Haha! Oh well, but it's not too bad. I've read more, rolling my eyes.

Really, really short story. So bitin. Mostly Claire and Carter. I thought TS would make more kwento about the characters, but they basically shared one scene each. Hahaha!

Anyway, just some "after-thoughts".... No girl is going to be able to go through me when she wants my (future) son. No sweet talking will do that. I'm too strict of a sister, so you could just imagine how I wouldbe when/if I become a mother to a boy. Hahaha!

Not another Vampire series. But then again, this is the first Vampire book I read after the Twilight series.

Unlike the Twilight series, I think this focus more on stories about the vampires, and not just the love story between the human and the not-so human. Yes, I need to compare. Hahaha!

Imaginations of the author were interesting though.

And I looooove the part at the end : D *trying not to be a spoiler*

I don't know if it's just me, but sometimes I can't seem to figure out how some stories could end up happily. Especially when the book I'm reading is not a tragedy. Hmm... Doe that mean that the author is "that good"? Hahaha!

Toddlers are cuuute : D
