While it may not be the best writing ever it really is a very moving and emotional story. Some parts are hard to read as you feel so much of the pain of the characters.

This was so very predictable, there is a little bit that happens to try and throw you off but it’s really obvious who the bad guy is the whole time. Also all the adults in this were just the worst, it was like none of them really cared about Hunter or finding out the truth about Chloe.

This was not what I was expecting at all. Every step of the way I was caught by surprise and definitely did not see that ending coming.

It was great following along on Audrey Rose and Thomas’ adventures again! Audrey Rose is such a strong female character and narrator for the story. She has confidence in herself but can also accept when she has flaws and doubts.

I didn’t dislike this but also didn’t love it, the overall story was good but was also a little complicated and not always well explained.

A really cute read, I really related to Annie and enjoyed her perspective. It was also great to get bits and pieces about Noah and Amelia and where they are now and maybe some Easter eggs about Maddie and Emily’s books?!?

This is basically a Hallmark Movie in book form which is something I love.  A very thoughtful book on love, life and loss. I wish I could visit Wicklow and the Blackbird Cafe

Emily Henry does not disappoint. There is just something about the way she writes characters that it’s easy to fall in love with them and their story. Alex and Poppy are the cutest friend and an even cuter couple, a really great quick read.

This was a little jumpy and confusing in the beginning but then you figure out the through line between the stories and it really weaves together in a wonderful story.

I was worried this wouldn’t be as good as the first but I think it may be better, the characters are so much more sure of themselves and have a clear goal and work to get there, the plot builds and then everything ties together well.

really my only complaint is that Forest and Sarah die, it felt like Iris had been through enough and Forest for that matter and it would have been nice to see them get to be a family after the war
