ohh just found out she's an instagram poet. that makes sense. went in with very high hopes, found a few inspirational tidbits, left feeling like i'd just read some motivational blog posts. meh

also i saw someone say they read this to give poetry a chance and it was disappointing - please for the love of everything read some good poetry this is not what it is all like i swear, pick any 4+ star poetry book among ones i've read and dive in

aaaaaaaaaa ok very rough ranking, though i at least really enjoyed each one, would be:

1. ruler of the winds and sands
2. reunion
3. cursed bunny
4. snare
5. scars
6. home sweet home
7. the frozen finger
8. goodbye, my love
9. the head
10. the embodiment

1&2 are a total toss up, absolute bangers right at the very end, but i think the overall folktale vibe of "ruler..." wins. all of these had such amazing story being told to you energy. i loved them oh my god i will read again asap
