I really loved this one. Both Neomi and Conrad were fantastic characters and I adored their story.
Conrad's development was so good and I really enjoyed seeing him regain his humanity/sanity. He did have his flaws but they were ones that I was able to understand given his character.Like while I would normally be annoyed at an mmc for blowing up at the fmc the way he did when he found the ring, I got why he did so and when he was calmer, he was able to acknowledge that he was wrong for it As for Neomi, she was just such a fun fmc. The way she was so unafraid to speak her mind and do whatever she wanted along with how she chased after Conrad unabashedly made me love her so much.
One aspect of this story I really liked was how the conflict of Neomi being a ghost was handled and how it kept them in one setting for so much of the book.

OK while I did technically enjoy this book, I was just so frustrated with Bowen at times I had to knock the score down a bit.
Like yes I get that the conflict is the point and he's not instantly going to choose her after all those years of being dedicated to Mariah and that he was hexed and all those other excuses but I was still just really annoyed.

The plot of this book was just so fun and really unique. It took a few turns that I really wasn't expecting.Like I really didn't think they'd actually kill Kaderin off or that the keys would actually work and allow them to go back and save her sisters. What was even better was the angst. Man, was the angst angsting. Loved the relationship dynamic between the two and how it developed.
Sebastian was such a great mmc. I loved that he wasn't the typical alpha and was a bit of a nerd and more intellectual than most. What I really liked was that while there was the fated mates element which resulted in insta-lust, he still acknowledged that it didn't make him instantly in love with Kaderin and rather those feelings took time to develop. As for Kaderin, I really loved how strong she was and how much she grew as a character. Really loved seeing her soften up as the story went.

Ok. I get the hype. This had me hooked from start to finish. Both the fmc and mmc were so easy to love and I just loved their development (both of their characters and of their relationship). I'm usually not a fan of the push-and-pull but it really worked for me. Really interested in seeing more from this world.

Really sweet romance centering around BDSM. Liked how safe, sane, and consensual this was. Do wish we got more from them outside of their scenes because what we got was really good. Loved both the mmc and fmc, especially how Julieta knew what she wanted and wasn't afraid to go after it.

Man, I should never doubt CG lol. This was fantastic. Fun plot and an incredible mmc and how he was just a wolf in golden retriever clothing and was just so possessive of the fmc and obsessed with her.

Loved it right up until the ending where I felt things just kinda weren't off the rails and the fmc acted a bit irrationally.

Ugh while objectively this probably would've been better if it was a bit longer, subjectively I enjoyed everything about it and found nothing wrong with it. Just loved everything about the story. The romance, while it could've used a bit more development, was still just really well written imo. Virgil was just so sweet and I just loved how much he cared for May.
