I was given a digital copy of this book, free. All opinions are my own.
If you have been following me, then you know that I am a fan of this series. You also know that the first two books end in a cliffhanger, the second book at a crucial moment. So if you are not a fan of cliffhangers, then now would be a good time to binge the trilogy. I know that my review is vague, but this is a series best experienced without spoilers ruining it.

This is the third and final book in Mel’s Vampire Coven series, and I have to say that it was everything that I wanted, without rushing to the end. And after the ending of the second book, it was imperative that I picked this one up as soon as possible. I wasn’t sure what was going to happen, there were so many possibilities. But trust Lovelot to deliver a story that is as satisfying at the end that it was at the beginning. This picks up where the second book left off, and I found that my heart was still in my throat. I needed to know how it would all work out, Mel had grown on me. The entire coven had grown on me, and yes there was a bit of pettiness before the healing began, It wasn’t completely out of spite, it was out of hurt;’ which is what made it bearable. It’s the end of the trilogy but there is still so much that is revealed. But it is done in such a way that expands the world, making room for more stories even as this one wraps up. Will there be more? I have no idea. Would I mind? Absolutely not.
This has been my first dip into the reverse harem, and I was curious how it all worked. I mean there was some logistics that I was questioning -especially since the coven included twins (and that could have gone all kinds of wrong). There were a couple of surprises that gave room for Mel to grow. Mel and her vampire have found their way into my heart, and this is a series that I will happily recommend to any and everyone I know.
