Goats, pigs, rabbits, chickens, mini highland cows, and a mountain man obsessed with his surrogate. I'm sold!
Wyatt and Trista had me cracking up during this book with their banter and sarcasm. They are both too stubborn for their own good, but when you throw in Wyatt's meddling brothers and neice, they didn't stand a chance. Wyatt's exasperation with Trista showing up with a new animal every other day to keep on the barn was so endearing. Even then, he searches for chickens in a storm to try to make her feel better. Love him so much!
Also, this is the first book about Wyatt and his two other brothers. Luke and Calder better watch out!

I never thought I would think the nickname, Bear Snack, could be romantically enduring, but when Deckan calls Hadley this, I was sold.
This book had a quick start when Hadley almost gets taken out by a grizzly before Declan saves the day! Hadley is a little cautious around her feelings for Declan right away as she had returned home after a failed engagement and some devasting news. However, Declan accepts her for where she is in life and didn't push for more until she was ready despite his big feelings for her. Throw in a meddling grandma, supportive friends, hot springs, and a baby goat, and Hadley had no hope of not falling for Declan.
As this is the first book of the series, I can't wait to see where the next book takes me!

Seriously!? I can relate to Penelope so much with her feelings of self-doubt and struggles with body positivity. I love the messages in Amy Award's books about self-confidence, body positivity, and standing up for what you believe in.
The slow burn with Pen and Everett was so good! They tried to deny their feeling for eachother, but it all falls apart when Pen asks Everett for dating advice! Everett thinks that by setting Pen up with someone else, he will be able to get her out of his thoughts...haha! One failed speed dating event later and they can't deny their feelings any more!
One of the best parts of the Cocky Kingmans is the Kingman family. They are a fierce group and band together to support each other no matter what! I'm ready for more!

Gosh, I'm just living for these Kingman men! Hayes is no different. He's smart, sweet, funny, dedicated, and loves Willa and Seven!
I love that these two don't have an insta love story, but knew eachother for years first before anything happened. Their chemistry is off the charts and their banter is top notch! They have their hurdles, but meet them head on together. Whether it's Hayes' injury or finding a way for Willa to continue her travels, they lean into one another and their family. Again, Amy Award gives all the feels with these stories.

Declan and Kelsey had me cheering for them from the start! Their meet-cute was so great with Declan saving Pooh while shirtless and in gray sweatpants. *chef's kiss*
Really though, these Kingman men are just so swoonworthy and protective. I mean Declan didn't hesitate to jump in to help Kelsey, but also respected her boundaries and let her fight her battles how she wanted.
Amy Award must have a manual for perfect banter between characters because it's to die for.

This might just be a top five book of the year for me! Amy Award absolutely blew me away with this book and made me feel so many emotions. Tempest and Flynn are perfect in so many way and antagonists to lover might by my new favorite trope. 😍
The way Flynn showed up and stood by Tempest, but let her fight her own battles was so swoonworthy. They both had to be vulnerable with eachother and it only made their relationship stronger.
The Kingman clan is definitely one of my favorite book families with how they show up and support eachother and their partners whether it's a mini-donkey rescue or running interference and getaway cars. Also, Tempest's sorority sisters need a hige shout-out, because there's nothing like women supporting women!
Amy's books bring me so much joy in her characters and let me see parts myself in books.

This book gave me 'The Longest Ride' vibes but delivered so much more! Mav and Ava are so good together. They had an unconventional start but managed to pull it together to be exactly what each other needed!
Both have a bit of trauma in their past that causes them to doubt themselves and each other. Mav feels like he has something to prove with bull riding, and Ava wants to save everyone because she wasn't able to save someone close to her. Mav is a total cowboy, but is able to express his emotions and win Ava over. I can't wait to read more about Windy Peaks!

*Audiobook* Holy forking shirt balls! This book was so entertaining! The level of banter between Josh and Aly is unmatched! I was laughing so hard at times.
Don't even get me started on the spice! whew! This book is next level and I had to be careful about my phone connecting to Bluetooth and starting to play!
This book was more than I expected and the plot had me hooked! Josh is a great mix of protective/commanding yet caring/consensual. Some of my favorite scenes are with him and Fred. I dont reread books often but this audiobook is absolutely perfection!

Such a fun read! Who would have thought to mash-up The Bachelor and space? Well, Leigh Miller did, and she did not disappoint!
