The Ministry for the Future by Kim Stanley Robinson
Did not finish book. Stopped at 52%.

It was meant to be positive climate fiction but it was so unrealistic and took so many leaps that don't make sense that it just depressed me. If you want to write about a positive way that humanity deals with climate change and all you come up with is completely unrealistic, that doesn't bode well for humanity...
