Yikes. This is a book that made me think. And also crushed my heart. But so, so compelling. Especially the third act.

This was a cute little read! I was absolutely fascinated with this modern fantasy world. The resort was such a unique idea and so well done. I have a feeling we'll get to see more about these characters in future books, but the little I did see of them was delightful. It's a very quick and fun read, so I heartily recommend!

This was such an intriguing idea! I only wish it could have been longer! I know there's a second part, but why not just put them together? But overall, it was a lot of fun with a really good cliffhanger.

This was such a fun, relaxing story to read! I have a soft spot for historical fiction, so this book was great fun. The characters were all so unique and fun; Emmeline was so endearingly annoying (if that makes sense, lol), and all of her antics were both frustrating and very entertaining to read. The ending was really sweet and I loved the overall homey, cozy aesthetic of the story. I definitely recommend if you're looking for a lighthearted, historical fiction novel!
