Disclaimer: This is a DARK ROMANCE. This is not for the faint of hearts. Read only if you're a dark romance girly. It's unreasonable to hate it because of the level smut as it is a smutty book, if that's not something you're interested in, don't read it.

This one's personal. It had a lot of triggers but this story was for us. For me atleast.
I was weirded out with Kim in previous books and there were 3 so obviously it got a bit annoying...and never paid special attention to Xander and he kind of ruined it for me in deviant's first interaction iykyk. Like out of the 4 horsemen, i was least bothered by him and then I read this beauty.
Childhood friends to enemies to lovers.
I could read a whole book just about kimmy fighting her demons and figuring herself our and healing. It was so raw and so real that I shed actual salty tears and it wasn't even an emotional scene. She didn't deserve any of what she got. She didn't deserve such brutality. I'll always feel bad for what she had to go through. He could've been nicer...
Coming to him.. I was ready to hate him and I did..in the beginning. The plot happened and it did make sense. He had his own struggle in his head and did everything he thought he should do.
Yk whatever i just loveee xan and kimmy and the moment the got together it felt so pure sweet and real... knowing the history...i was just happy for my babies.

I devoured this book. I ate this up and I'm craving for more.
I've loved Ronan from DAY 1. It was love at first sight which only grew more and more with everybook.
Reading about Teal was fun as I guess she's one character who is actually "different" and not really relatable. Our minds work differently but our heart definately calls for the same guy. I loved this character. She was new and written well, she was a softie inside but had that piss off attitude.
It was so weird, adventurous, kind of unsettling, scary, and magical (that's all ky vocab). Getting into his mind...the thought itself made my heart jump. He's been the googy sunshine boy, the one who's always happy always making everyone smile...the life of the party...how could he have such depth and pain, so much pain. There were layers and layers but Teal got right through them and oh so gracefully.
As I re-read my fav scenes...I'll never be able to see Ronan the same again... I don't know how I feel about that.
Hell I want more of them...more of Ron- I mean..

This was my first time with Dark Romance and lemme say it I jumped onto the DARKEST stuff. Do not DO NOT do not read without checking the trigger warnings. I had literal goosebumps throughout many scenes.
Well, I didn't know I was a dark romance girly until this. What to do with my stack of cute giggly rom-coms now because this is the good stuff iykyk.
Adeline tbvh takes stupid decisions and could've been killed so many times. That was kinda annoying. Zade... Okay..zade..ok what can I say he's creepy and scary and gives me goosebumps with a single text and is also absolutely delicious.
The flow of the book was kinda weird.. sometimes it felt too slow too fast. But the best part was I was on the edge all the time. Addie's great-grandma's story was equally interesting.
I also loved the side characters Daya and Jay and would love to get to know them more. Daya was fun every time she was there she made her presence known.
Zade had unique features which made it so incredibly different and fun to visualize while reading...!
